Exchanges and returns
If you would like to return or exchange your order, please register your return on our returns portal and return it to us within 30 days of the invoice date. The prerequisite for a return is that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
If your returned goods show signs of wear, we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the return or to retain part of the refund price.
