Shipping costs and returns

If the items you ordered are not all in stock, we will wait until we can ship your entire order.

We ship our orders to the EU, Switzerland, Canada and the USA.

We ship CO2-neutrally with DHL GoGreen:

* For deliveries to NON-EU countries, additional taxes, duties and fees may apply, which you as the customer must bear.
** Deviations possible due to the shipping service provider.

Exchanges and Returns

If you want to return or exchange your order, register your return on our returns portal and send us your order within 30 days of the invoice date. The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to retain part of the refund price.

Please register your returns on our returns portal . To register, you will need your email address and the order number, which you can find on your invoice or on your order confirmation. The order number begins with a "#".
