Easy to put on

Thanks to their elastic properties, the loops are easy to put on and take off, without the hassle of knotting, tying or slipping. The practical collar hole in each loop allows you to easily attach the leash - simply thread the leash through the collar hole and attach it to the collar.

Important for measuring

Always make sure that there is enough space between the loop and the circumference of your dog's neck. Also take the amount of fur into account when choosing the size. To ensure that the loop falls loosely and casually around the neck, we recommend measuring the circumference of the neck (including fur) plus 5 cm. This will ensure that your four-legged friend feels completely comfortable.

Exchanges and Returns

If you want to return or exchange your order, register your return on our returns portal and send us your order within 30 days of the invoice date. The prerequisite for a return is that the goods are unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

If your returned goods show signs of use, we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return or to retain part of the refund price.
