No matter whether it's a rabbit dachshund, a miniature dachshund or a standard dachshund, the cut of our dog sweaters will also suit your dachshund. Because we have not only adapted the cut of our dog sweaters, with the interchangeable chest straps you can also adjust it individually to the chest circumference of your dachshund.For example, if your dachshund is particularly slim, simply choose one or two chest band sizes smaller.
Softer than a fleece sweater for dachshunds
The material made of soft, easy-care knitted material, the beautiful, simple design and the replaceable colored chest band make the LOTTA dachshund sweater the perfect companion. Also for cool evenings and mornings - light, warming and very practical.After a long walk through mud or dust, simply wipe the chest band made of a water-repellent, easy-care material with a damp cloth - or you can separate the chest band and put it in the washing machine on a gentle cycle at 30°C.
The chest band can be easily removed using a Velcro fastener and, for example, replaced with another chest band in a different color that is available as an accessory. This means that the color of the sweater can be adapted to your outfit at any time.
By the way, a harness can also be worn under the LOTTA sweater. The leash can be ideally guided through the sweater using a long 2-way zipper on the back of the sweater and locked in the appropriate place with both zippers.
We also think about your dog’s safety
A big plus for the safety of your four-legged friend: the edge of each chest band is reflective, so that the dog can be easily seen in traffic even in poor lighting conditions.Of course, LOTTA can also be washed. If you want it to look like new for a long time, it is best to wash it in your washing machine on the wool cycle at 30°C with a mild or wool detergent.

Care instructions
How do I measure my dog?
- During the measurement the dog should stand upright and straight , with the head in an upright position, as shown in the figure.
- Back length (green line) The length of the back line between the neck and the base of the tail is measured with a flexible measuring tape. A good reference point for the base of the neck is the lower edge of the collar .
- Chest circumference (orange line) To determine the chest circumference, use a tape measure to measure the circumference of your dog’s chest at the widest or highest point .
- Neck circumference (purple line) To determine the correct neck circumference, place a measuring tape around your dog's neck and measure the length where your dog normally wears the collar. There should be two fingers of space between the measuring tape and the neck.
